Northrop Grumman Technical Services at Tyndall Air Force Base is looking for a Project Manager of Programs and Industrial Property who will manage a range of programs and property from $4 to $100 Million supporting deployed forces in contingency environments such as; Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, and Oman. The Project Manager will lead the Team and provide the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) Program Manager & Field Program Managers at Bagram, Afghanistan and Al Udeid, Qatar support in the preparation of Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, Independent Government Estimates, technical evaluations, resource advocacy, acquisition strategy to meet customers’ requirements, and financial tracking for a range of service/construction requirements. In addition the Project Manager will lead the planning and implementation of the total property management system for the assigned task orders and for the continuous surveillance and evaluation of AFCAP property control systems. Additional duties include; review basic AFCAP Task Orders, reports of contractor performance, serve as technical advisor, present project, property and financial status of tasks, participate in staff meetings and planning sessions, perform other related tasks as required.
