Web Developer


PAE is actively seeking a Web Development Subject Matter Expert to support one of our customers in Afghanistan. Primary responsibilities include:


  • Function as a Subject Matter Expert on developing web pages from underlying database applications associated with a dynamic website. Responsible for maintaining

  • confidentiality at all times.

  • Responsible for the diagramming and documentation of websites related. Defines and updates all functionalities of website for references.

  • Creates and maintains web developer documentation for each web page.

  • Provides assistance to the development of web pages and debugging. Provides input and assistance in designing and/or correcting the existing web interface for

  • optimal usability.

  • Provides input on web development as needed

  • Completes & monitors Technology Support Requests as needed.

  • Develop and maintain the ANET (Advisor Network).


  • Provide a weekly update on the current status, project plan, issues, and user change requests to the ANET.

    Required Qualifications:




  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree coupled with 3+ years experience in information technology;ORa High School diploma coupled with 8+ years experience in information technology



  • Knowledge of basic web design and management principals

  • Experience in database and web design, management

  • Experience in HTML, JavaScript, and XSLT.

  • Ability to communicate and cooperate with other technology and non-technology based employees; strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new languages, coding, and design styles.

  • An active DoD Secret clearance.
