Description: MESMO Inc. (MESMO) has a job opening for an experienced professional to provide training program support to the U.S. Army Training and Leader Development, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff G-3/5/7, Directorate of Training.
Specific Tasks : The Program Training Coordinator will provide subject matter expertise for the coordination of the Army Campaign Plan training and integration lead, Army Training and Leader Development Guidance and Strategy in support of the Chief of Staff, Army (CSA).
Training of the Afghanistan and Pakistan (AFPAK) Hands, have been implemented by all services using the following:

• Army Joint Capability Integration Development System (JCIDS);


• Policy integration analysis for Non-commissioned Officer and Officer Leader Development;


• Foreign Language Culture and training resources for the Defense Language Institute.

Specific experience – Candidate selected should have at least 3-5 years experience supporting one or more of the training programs listed below.

• The Defense Language Program (TDLP)


• Army Campaign Plan


• Army Capabilities and Requirements Training Integration


• Training and Leader Development Integration


• Officer Leader Development Program


• Joint National Training Capability (JNTC)

Knowledge and Experience – Candidate selected should have 3-5 years experience in the development of documents in accordance with Army Training Doctrine Command (TRADOC) field manuals and regulations http://www.army.mil/usapa

Specialized experience;
Executing training programs for Afghanistan and/or Pakistan required. Training Program Execution requires the following programmatic experience

E- Meeting Coordination
F – Program Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support

Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required
Travel: CONUS and OCONUS travel required
