The contractor shall gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products in the following areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Under the oversight and approval of the Government, Contractor personnel shall provide dedicated support necessary to ensure classified information and Controlled Unclassified Information is properly disclosed or released to foreign Governments or international organizations in accordance with the National Disclosure Policy One (NDPI), and applicable DoD Intelligence Community and USCENTCOM policies.
-Contractor personnel shall follow all CENTCOM Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) Standard Operating Procedures to ensure government oversight and consistent standards are maintained.
-Support activities include, but are not limited to, foreign disclosure review and adjudication for foreign release, data collection, data tracking, information transfer, web-based research, secure video-teleconferences, synthesizing collected data, and collating/sorting collected information.
-Contract personnel shall complete a five day resident FDO Course within two months of hire, and the CCJ2-FDO Personnel Qualification System (PQS) program within one year of hire in order to receive a Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letter (DDL) as required by USCENTCOM Regulation 380-5.
-Contractor personnel will be required to re-certify for a DDL annually.
Required Qualifications:
Typically requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience.
Bachelor or Master’s degree with 4+ years of intelligence analysis experience or specialized training & 6+ years intelligence analysis experience or equivalent intelligence/academic experience. Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant field.
Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a Poly.
This offer is contingent upon your ability to obtain and maintain a valid United States passport. Due to contract requirements, as an essential job function you must be qualified and able to travel to OCONUS locations on short notice. Failure to meet such qualifications may result in termination. Due to contract requirements you must maintain a valid United States Passport and remain qualified to travel OCONUS on short notice.
