SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate quotes, purchase orders and order confirmations for submission to customers and vendors.
- Monitor the order flow process from vendor to customer to insure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Generate, monitor, and maintain reports as requested by the customer/vendor in an appropriate and agreed upon format and report back to client in a timely manner.
- Provide customer support and problem resolution via phone, email, mail or other electronic medium.
- Continuously update and maintain internal sales management database.
- Perform administrative support functions for the day-to-day office operations including maintaining files, preparing correspondence, creating reports, answering telephones, scanning or copying materials, and faxing information.
- Assist Account Managers and/or Accounting Department in collection of delinquent accounts as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

General knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
One to three (1to 3) years of customer service experience.
