Performs engineering, technical analysis and related duties required for the installation, operation, maintenance,
modification, and repair of company and customer products and equipment to the customer’s satisfaction.
•Performs technical installation, operation, and maintenance, to include hardware/software maintenance support, in
accordance with customer specifications.
•Provides on-the-job training and may oversee field service activities of lower level personnel.
•Provides liaison activities with customer and engineering staff, including conducting briefings with customers, vendors,
and company representatives.
•Provides general logistics functions
•Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and determines technical solutions.
•Assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
•Acts as local on-site representative to customer’s organizations.
•Responsible for data management and generation.
•Practices ISO 9001 principles and concepts.
•Performs, verifies, and/or validates inventories.
•Schedules, tracks, and monitors tools and test equipment calibration.
•Performs, tracks, and monitors parts procurement.
•Other duties as assigned.

•This position is subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions.
•This position is subject to noise. Employees may be required to participate in the Hearing Conservation Program, which
will require regular testing and wearing of hearing protection equipment where necessary.

•This position will require the use of Personal Protection Equipment.

•This position is subject to working conditions peculiar to the particular assignment (e.g., required to perform work-related
travel worldwide and may include accompanying DoD forces into hardship and combat areas).
This position will be exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or
20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Visual requirement is the minimum standard for those whose work deals
largely with visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and computer terminals; extensive reading; and using
measuring devices.
Equipment used in performing duties: General hand tools; general electronics test equipment (meters, oscilloscopes,
power supplies, etc.); diagnostic equipment (hardware); electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic power tools; and personal
computer.
Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electronics, Engineering, or related field. Typically requires a minimum of four years
experience in electronics, engineering, flight simulation, or related military field. Directly related experience desirable.
