Here’s where you come in:

As Monitoring & Evaluation Program Quality Coordinator, you will oversee the preparation of proposal submissions, donor reports, and monitoring and evaluation reports for all World Vision Afghanistan projects. You will ensure that projects are implemented according to donor requirements, grant specifications, and World Vision internal policies.

Requirements include:

• Masters’ degree or equivalent in related field, or a combination of relevant schooling and work experience.


• Minimum 3 years in senior leadership and management positions within an NGO or UN entity, working in both relief and development.


• Strong English communication skills.


• Based in the National Office in Herat, Afghanistan, with travel in country up to 25% of the time depending on program needs.
