(AFG-Kandahar) Movement Supervisor

Movement Supervisorto support our US Government Operations in Afghanistan.

The

Movement Supervisorwill:

* Be responsible for all applicable transportation functions in support of unit deployment / redeployment under this effort.

Qualifications:

  US Citizenship is required for this position.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance and must maintain eligibility throughout the term of employment.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have at least 7 years of supervisory experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures and instructions in the area of unit movements by rail, convoy, air, and sea lift.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have a comprehensive knowledge of mobilization plans, movement plans, military owned demountable container (MILVAN) container control, Computerized Movement Planning and Status System (COMPASS) and transportation Coordinator Automated Command and Control Information System (TCACCIS), EDREs, Rail Operations Center (ROC).

  Must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to represent the Directorate and installation in direct coordination and planning of unit movement matters with adjacent staff directorates and higher headquarters.

  
  


• 
  

  Medical: Favorable passage of a drug screen and physical examination.
