Description:


Engility is seeking an OCONUS Site Lead to support the NGIC CITP mission.


**The OCONUS Site Lead shall be responsible for the overall contract operations in the theater of operations, and shall be the Government’s primary point of contact for the designated in theater ACOR. The OCONUS Site Lead shall receive and execute technical taskings from the designated Government representative. The OCONUS Site Lead shall report information as required by this performance work statement, appropriate regulations and guidelines, or as tasked by the ACOR, to the local Government representative on tasking status. Reporting command will be OCONUS Site Lead to CONUS Site Lead and ACOR. The OSL is considered the Senior CITP Contractor in theater and is primarily responsible for providing the customer and CITP analysts with all information that is relevant to the good conduct, safety, and oversight of the mission.


Required Qualifications:


Skills/Qualifications:


This position requires individuals to be government trained intelligence analysts with a minimum of 15 years of intelligence analysis and targeting experience. Must have a background in counter-terrorism, counter insurgency, or counter IED analysis and experience as an intelligence or targeting analyst. Must be knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis. Experienced with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, and SIPRNET and JWICS search engines. Must have a working knowledge of i2 Analyst Notebook, AXIS Pro, WebTAS, ArcGIS, and Google Earth.


Must be proficient at using basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development; possess strong research, writing and editing skills; and be capable of managing teams of analysts in support of tactical, strategic and special operations forces conducting counter insurgent/IED targeting.


This position requires former military occupational specialty (MOS) 31D, 311D, 35F, 350F,35D, 18F, 180A, other intelligence related MOS, or DoD joint service equivalent, or civilian0132, 1811.


Education:


Master’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of experience may be substituted)


Security Clearance:


This position requires current TS/SCI clearance


Desired Qualifications:


Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification is desired.
