Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst - Culmen International, LLC - Tampa, FL

Culmen International is seeking qualified candidates to support a potential task order under our existing US Government contract for counter-narcotics and global threat (CN >).

TS/SCI, CSP Clearance Required


Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:
Solve complex information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices;


Utilize experience in intelligence analysis, law enforcement, and CN efforts to accomplish analytic processes in order to support the effective coordination of CN efforts;


Sustain the constant professional communications between CTF Stakeholders


Support program reporting requirements as set forth by Customer;


Support CTF operations-intelligence analysis and coordinate CTF activities.


Analyze, develop courses of action, and recommend specific operational alternatives to Government stakeholders and/or international CTF organizations in respective AOR;


Develop theater-wide CTF operations-intelligence products to support CTF activities and brief operational-intelligence issues and products to CTF leadership;


Draft correspondence and briefings for flag-level Government leaders and civilian interagency equivalents, and provide CTF operations and intelligence consultation and advice to operations and plans personnel;


Provide CTF-specific analytical support and CTF operations-intelligence support at Coalition-partner analytic centers;


Provide CTF targeting and advance network analysis support and analyze and identify potential plans for operations and actions;


Analyze, identify, and plan operations and actions on specific links and nodes of threat financial activities from a strategic/global perspective;


Monitor and provide advice on finance-oriented assessments to support Interagency development of case files, evidentiary material, designation packages, to include actionable intelligence on finance-specific entities;


Facilitate information sharing among stakeholders, interagency and Partner Nations, public/private sector partners;


Assist in coordination of CTF collection requirements and capabilities among USG agencies in coordination with interagency partners;


Assist in developing CTF-related questions for use in custodial interviews and strategic debriefings;


Analyze counterterrorism, CN, criminal/investigative, financial, information operation, and force protection requirements to understand patterns and disseminate lessons learned;


Assist in analyzing illicit financial networks and identify vulnerabilities that are actionable by GCC and interagency partner operations using Financial Intelligence (FININT);


Provide additional network mapping capability that includes financial network infrastructure analysis information and supporting documentation on established targets; and


Provide analytical support to Government stakeholders activated to support exercises, contingency and crisis response situations;


Education/Experience Requirements


Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience performing all-source analysis and, if applicable.


Be competent in utilizing Microsoft office suite, Analyst Notebook, IC Reach, Firetruck, Proton, KaChing, DataXplorer, Horizon, Voltron Suite, Google Earth.


Target-COP, QLIX, M3, TAC, RMT, Palantir, and other report aggregator/Automated Message Handling System search tools.


;Be proficient in utilizing existing and new analytical tools to effectively exploit raw financial data;Be knowledgeable of other interagency threat finance cells to include the Counter ISIL Finance Cell and Afghanistan Threat Finance Cell.


;Be skilled at implementing and utilizing best practices, proper tradecraft and determining relevancy of information disseminated against the standards set forth by the USG.


Have experience with reviewing, prioritizing, and managing submitted requests; andUnderstand interagency restrictions and sensitivities on sharing certain types of data, as well as the steps necessary amongst the interagency to share said data;Have geoeral-political knowledge of Southwest Asia to include cultural and historical knowledge with an emphasis on Afghanistan and Pakistan; andHave completed formal Military Intelligence training or possess related formalized Government Intelligence experience.
